Refund Policy

At Beans N Flavour, we want you to have a satisfying experience with our products. To facilitate this, we have established a 3-day return policy. This policy allows you to request a return, refund, or exchange within 3 days after receiving your item.

Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Exchange

In order to be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in its original packaging. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase (an E-invoice will suffice). We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases: Defective, Stale, or Spoiled Coffee Wrong Grind Size Delivered

Wrong Product Delivered

Given that coffee is a perishable food product, we do not offer any warranty on it. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges solely based on personal taste preferences.

Exceptions

Please note that returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Initiating a Return

If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at sales@beansnflavour.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior authorization. If you have any questions or require further assistance regarding returns, you can always reach out to us at sales@beansnflavour.com.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to get the product you desire is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will inform you as soon as we receive and inspect your return. After the inspection, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

If you mistakenly make a purchase, please reach out to us at sales@beansnflavour.com immediately. Order cancellations can only be accommodated if the order has not been processed yet.
